An additional service we offer at AUSDAC is Project Management. We can remain on the project as a project manager or if there is a builder involved, in the project, we can take on an overview role and take the stress and hassle out of the development process.
There are 5 steps that form part of the Project Management process. These are:
We will recommend specific trades to tender for works required. We can also tender to a specific builder or trade that have been selected by the client. We review the tenders received and negotiate on your behalf.
- Contract Administration
We will review and monitor trade contracts, builder’s contracts and costs such as progress claims, prime cost items and cost variations.
- Critical Path Program
We create a timeline programme to assist in the daily management of the development. The programme is reviewed daily and is also addressed at all site meetings to ensure all trades are in line with the projected time frames.
- Cost, Time & Quality Control
We monitor the quality of work and time throughout every stage of the development. We document and photograph works as completed. Regular inspections are conducted and meetings held with relevant trades to ensure the project stays on track and within budget.
- Final Inspection & Handover
On completion of the development, we conduct a final inspection and ensure any defects previously identified have been addressed and all works are complete and comply with relevant building codes.
